Every time you see a slim person or your dream body do 10 crunches. 

For example: See a girl that has the body you want come up on your dash? Do 10 crunches. 

I started doing this 5 minutes ago and I’ve already done so many crunches and since you only do 10 at a time it doesn’t feel like a lot when you do them, but it adds up.
